(as a service user),

came in to register with this surgery and was greeted by a lovely receptionist called Asia, very calm, helpful, and knowledgable about the services on offer. despite the busy surrounding, she was cool and professional. really good first impression :)

Sorry I have taken so long to respond, was on leave. Thanks for this lovely feedback about our receptionist Asia, will make sure she is aware of it. I hope that you continue to have a good experience here. Taking time to feed back to us is much appreciated and is really valued as it motivates people and also can be a good learning/discovering process for us. Thank you.
