About: Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) / Coleraine CMHT

(as the patient),

I was referred to the Condition management program after battling PTSD due to health and personal reasons. I had the most wonderful person called Kelly who was fantastic and made me feel at ease and that the feelings I had were all normal, but she would help me to cope with them. I was also referred on to pain management and occupational therapy. I honestly highly recommend this program for anyone who is battling with health issues or life in general.
