"Amazing physiotherapist"

About: Physiotherapy / Physiotherapy (inpatients)

(as the patient),

I just want to compliment Jordan, physiotherapist at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.

He made me feel so at ease from my first visit to my discharge in January. I just want to thank him for giving me the expert knowledge, physio input, and personalised exercises which allowed me to go from attending my first physio appointment in a wheelchair to walking out unaided in a matter of months. I couldn’t have done it without him and will be eternally grateful. He would encourage me to push myself when quite frankly I was terrified of weight baring, but did it in such a reassuring manner that I left each appointment feeling more and more determined. He is a true credit to NHS Fife and I can’t thank him enough for giving me my mobility back.

Hello Louise86,

Many thanks for taking the time to express your positive feelings towards the care you received. I agree fully with you Jordan is an asset to the NHS. I will speak to him personally on your behalf and thank him on your behalf.

Messages like these are greatly appreciated by the staff, particularly over the last couple of challenging years.

I hope you continue to do well in your recovery.

Many thanks and best regards.
