My daughter was unwell. It was diagnosed that she has tonsillitis and scarlet fever. I called in the evening around 5 pm and was able to speak to my daughter's doctor straight away. She also was able to see her before 6 pm. She was really helpful and supportive. Dr Rauf is one of best doctors that I can say I have met. She always shows the highest level of care and courtesy. I have known Dr Rauf for a long time and am so grateful for this. I am really happy with Lawson practice services. Thank you.

Apologies for lateness in replying, I was on annual leave. Thanks for this lovely response. We will make sure Dr Rauf knows about it. So nice to hear that you are happy at our practice, it helps all staff to get such lovely feedback, especially when they are working really hard. Such a good motivator. Very much appreciated.
