About: Causeway Hospital / Medical 2

(as a service user),

I was admitted into Ward 2 medical in Causeway hospital in early March 2022 with breathing problems. From the minute I arrived, I was treated professionally and promptly.

I just wish to thank all the staff from the cleaners and auxiliary staff to the hard working nurses and doctors who worked long shifts, yet were always pleasant and very caring throughout my five day stay in the Causeway hospital. The food was nutritious and healthy so pass on my thanks to the caterers too.

The only thing I could think that could be improved would recycling bins for plastics.

thanks so much for posting your feedback on your recent stay in Medical 2. Sister barr and all the staff work incredibly hard in challenging circumstances and your words will provide some reassurance that their efforts are worthwhile. I hope you are continuing to recover after your hospital stay. I will pass on your comments to the catering staff and will forward your comments about recycling bins for plastics as well
