"Never actually able to see a GP"

I have tried to arrange an appointment for my elderly father with this GP surgery but the is never seen by an actual GP just nurses. He has a long term chronic illness. This GP surgery have written him off, I believe. Terrible service always fobbed off on the phone or told to use the DR IQ app but even then seen by a nurse never a GP
