Dear Longwait,
Thank you for taking the time to share your friends experience on care opinion. I am sorry to hear that your friend had to wait over 10 hours to be seen by a doctor. Our Emergency Department is under considerable pressure which has resulted in delays to assessment. I hope your friend is recovering well.
