"Help from my GP"

About: General practices in Tayside

(as a service user),

I contacted my GP at The yellow practice for help with covid symptoms. I phoned at 8am and spoke to the receptionist. She was very helpful and said the GP would phone me later that morning.

The GP phoned an hour or two later and was very helpful. He listened to my issues and offered to prescribe a medication for me straight away.

It was available for collection at the local pharmacy in a few hours.

Amazing service

Feedback is very valuable to all areas of the NHS, and I'm sure their staff will be delighted to hear that your experience there has been positive. As each GP Practice is an independent business, we would recommend that you feedback your experience directly to the practice to allow this to be passed on to the staff. The Practice Manager can give you with details of how to provide this feedback to them, as per their Complaints and Feedback Policy.
