What I liked
As a patient on Anthony Letchworth ward I was cared for with great respect and dignity. I went through four changes of shift and each nurse we met was helpfull and friendly and did their upmost to meet our needs in the circumstances. We were kept informed at every stage of my proceedure. The ward was clean and the atmosphere was good.
What could be improved
The only improvement would be to parking please, its a nightmare!
