(as a service user),

I wish to thank the professional and caring staff who looked after my mum so well when she became critically unwell at home. The staff recognised her condition immediately and gave her the resuscitative requirements she needed before transferring her to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. I was only able to speak to them via the telephone and unfortunately did not get their names. They are clearly a credit to the organisation and if you are able to track down the relevant team, then please pass on my thanks.

I am so sorry to read your mum has been so unwell, What a worrying time this must've been for you all. I do hope your mum is feeling much better.

I am thrilled to read you say our staff were professional and caring to your mum and I would be delighted to pass on your kind words to all staff involved if that's ok with you? As all posts are anonymous, the only way we would be able to identify the staff would be if you contacted our team at sas.feedback@nhs.scot with your mums name, address and date of call out.
