Anything else?
Further to my previous review, the situation has not improved. I received a copy letter from the Urology clinic to a doctor I have never been registered with in my life at a practice that I have never been to in my life and my date of birth was wrong. On telephoning the clinic's secretary to have this situation rectified, I was met with laughter like the whole thing is one huge joke. I expressed that I failed to see the humour in the situation. Yet again, the excuse used is "I'm only doing what I am told" and I was told that "The information was inputted wrong when you came into A&E". Yes. That's why the lab wouldn't process my bloods and why my husband spent approximately 20 minutes with reception staff at Tameside General A&E ensuring that the details were amended. Begs the question if he ensured that all was accurate when he left (and he did) how could it later become so wrong? I am extremely concerned for my care with this hospital.
"Yet more issues"
