(as a service user),

I am so grateful to Denise and the entire team at Antrim Area Endoscopy Unit. I knew I was nervous but didn’t appreciate how anxious I was and Denise and colleagues calmed me down, reassured me and kept me settled throughout the entire procedure, explaining everything clearly and reassuring me throughout.
