"Breast service referral"

Just wanted to express my thanks to the Unit Support Manager for handling my query so efficiently today.

Our GP has referred my husband to the Breast Clinic and he is quite understandably concerned, given his previous medical history and mental health issues.

As he hadn't heard anything, I contacted the unit support manager who suggested a course of action (especially as they quite rightly weren't in a position to discuss specifics with me).

One phone call later and we had found out the appointment date.
