"Community advocacy"

Demi has been my advocate for the past 6 months and has been assisting me to obtain the mental health services I feel I need, and should be getting, in order to address my illnesses and receive the appropriate treatment. This has not been an easy undertaking as I've been met with considerable refusals and resistence, but Demi has helped and supported me throughout. She has been very understanding and supportive of my situation and offered very helpful and useful suggestions of ways in which I could try to bring about some solutions and improvement. her manner towards me has always been polite, caring, accommodating and supportive; her work has always been carried out with excellent care and efficiency and I feel confident she has always done her best to get me the results I need. I've been extremely happy and pleased with her assistance and help and we have been able to get things moving forward on my case in a positive way and are still working towards more progress. I feel Demi is a brilliant advocate with a good understanding of mental health and it's services. This has been a very positive and invaluable service for me.
