Something needs changed on how A and E is run with so many people sitting waiting. Doctors not seeing people as they should.
One triage nurse on - are there no other professionals that could triage so appropriate services can be used right?
Children should not have to be exposed to lots of people swearing shouting stinking of alcohol etc
The staff have it tough and it’s not fair on them - something needs done as a priority to get a more fluid system in place.
I think out of hours is a joke they can do nothing but give antibiotics! I work in the NHS and witnessed elderly patients sitting waiting in chairs clearly vulnerable and alone.
