(as a service user),

Alcohol and drug recovery, the CGL Birmingham team are amazing. They have helped me so much with my metal health, it's the best it's been in a long time.

I'm doing well on my recovery, I'm taking each day as it comes. I'm laughing more these days and more happy, I'm eating better so my well being is better, they have opened so many avenues for me.

They are the best and always there when needed and always support you.

It sounds like you have made lots of changes in your life and it's great to hear that you are living in the moment and enjoying feeling happier and eating healthier.
