(as a service user),

Thank you so much for the care I received from the radiology, ED and Ambulatory Care Ward. In particular the HCA who worked one of the nights of my stay and several shifts after. Your cups of tea and kindness were very much appreciated by myself and wife! 

Thanks as well to nurse Nellie, Craig, student Nurse Annie and Dr Steven; you are all a great team!
