Absolutely exceptional service from this GP surgery.

I went yesterday to take my blood pressure in the waiting room prior to requesting a new prescription and although there is no longer a self-service blood pressure machine in the waiting room, the reception staff booked me in with a nurse within the next 5 minutes. She was kind and courteous and very efficient.

I then booked a telephone call with my GP, Dr Raj, to request a new prescription. However, before I'd even had my telephone appointment, she had organised everything that needed to happen via text and sent my prescription to a local pharmacy.

Thank you for letting us know things went well. We are trying to increase use of all appropriate staff in the practice so that we can offer a more effective service to everyone.
