We don’t hear enough positivity so I just wanted to express our positive feedback on the department. My teenage son has been attending for treatment and the nursing staff and reception staff have been just wonderful. They are so caring, kind and knowledgeable. We have been nervous about coming into hospital but the department feels extremely safe and have the measures in place to make it safe for everyone. I can also see they are strict with infection control so it really does put us at ease. The department itself is very welcoming and we are eternally grateful for all of the care given. Keep up the fabulous work and be so proud of yourselves. You are doing amazing!
