"My Father"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

My father was admitted to GRI Emergency Department after a collapse at home where he fell downstairs. He was seen in a prompt manner by Dr Dignan who carried out a full examination of my father. After several investigations, he was diagnosed with a pelvic fracture and admission to a ward was arranged for further management of his care. The Emergency dept team kept us fully informed throughout and showed such great compassion in their care. We send our thanks to everyone involved in his care and thank you all for the tremendous job you do.

Dear Saturnpk74

I am sorry to hear about your Father’s fall – I hope he is on the road to recovery.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the care and compassion shown by the Team in the Emergency Department – I’m sure they will appreciate your positive feedback during these challenging times.

Please pass on my best wishes to your Father.

Kind Regards

Nicole
