(as the patient),

I want to say a big thank you to Carmel.  I am in 2 South Craigavon Hospital and Carmel is very kind, thoughtful and very bubbly when I’m feeling down.  Carmel is always there for me and puts a smile back on my face .  Carmel comes everyday to me and brings me up to her room to do lots of different activities.

Carmel has  a new computer which is called RITA.  I really love watching movies and playing games - my favourite is snakes and ladders . I feel really safe in the room with Carmel and it’s like home from home not like being in hospital, Carmel you are like a guardian angel thank you so much for looking after me.  I might not go home, I could stay here.
