Kindly, fairly promptly, explained what is happening. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble in person and over the phone. Knowledgeable and sympathetic.

We can't think what could have been better.

Yes, we would like to thank all staff involved with the care, too many to name and sadly we have not retained all their names.

A positive place and calm environment to visit when things are not going as one hopes.
