About: Western Health & Social Care Trust

(as a parent/guardian),

Contacted GP OOH early afternoon about my son for fever and possible UTI  and was given an appointment for 10.30pm.

Despite the appointment time being very late for a 4 year old he was assessed, treatment given and back home within 35 mins. I appreciate the time taken to review my son. Thank you Dr Watson.

I do hope that your son is making a good recovery. It is unfortunate that the appointment time was very late. This has been shared with the Manager who oversees GP Out of Hours Services. Thank you for highlighting this.

Thank you for sharing. Overall we had a positive experience and were grateful to be seen when the service is stretched and under pressure.
