(as a service user),

Over the past few years both my husband and have had reason to be treated in the Victoria in Kirkcaldy. In the main hospital and A & E. Each time we have found the care to be excellent. All the staff we have encountered were professional and very caring. 

The A & E staff and out of hours staff were very good.

The NHS is not perfect but this hospital is working so well in quite difficult times.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know of your positive experience in our department. It really means a lot to all of us working hard in the department that both you and your husband felt well looked after. I hope you are both keeping well now.
