About: Ealing Hospital

Was referred to the wrong hospital. I don’t know who made the mistake but I was meant to be at this hospital. Tried to call and the individual on the phone was so disrespectful and she wouldn’t let me speak and basically said there was nothing that can be done. Later on I received a call on no caller ID, another lady asking if I can still make it to the hospital. Basically shouting at me because I missed the original time. Definitely changing my hospital after this.
