"Appointment System/ New Website"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The website which looks very good. I hope there's sufficient funding available to keep it up to date.

I have to say that I've found booking an appointment to talk to a doctor difficult; in fact yesterday I emailed cahccg.bartonhouse@nhs.net with the following message

"Despite successively and successfully logging on the NHS app and then Patient Access I seem unable to book an appointment with a doctor. What am I doing wrong?" I imagine there will be others like me who then have to telephone the surgery at 8am.

As regards the Practice in general I'm sure that some return to face-to-face consultations would be appreciated.
