"Birchington Ward cause more harm than well being"

After leaving my partner waiting for 4 days after a serious bleed, Birchington Ward then finally inform us of a losing our baby and getting her in for a D&C. Since then they have repeatedly called her in for what we keep hoping is the Chromosomal abnormalities report as promised, but on arrival have been maternity progress appointments. This hasn't just happened once.What do you think this does to people whilst we're attempting to come to terms with our loss? I am beyond angry and upset. You're supposed to be carers and not here to torture people. It is absolutely not hard to check what you're calling people in for. We have phoned to double check on the reason for appointments and yet these errors still happen.

My advice to anyone planning to start a family would be to avoid QEQM at all costs. You can only expect mistaken appointment and bad communication.
