(as a relative),

My mum is a patient in A12, she has told me that the day time care has been so helpful, kind and compassionate. Thanks you!

Unfortunately this is not the case for the night staff who had been abrupt , demanding and bordering unkind.

Please could this be looked into to save other vulnerable patients having to experience this.

Thanks so much for taking the time to feedback your kind words about your mum's daytime care in A12.

I am so sorry to read your concerns about the attitude and manner of the staff on nightshift. I appreciate that it can be stressful whilst your loved one is in hospital, and I am keen to investigate this as soon as possible.
