About: South Milford Surgery

My recurring repeat prescription for my essential medication was cancelled without any explanation or communication, leaving me without a supply. The very unhelpful receptionist blamed the Pharmacy next door, whilst they blamed the Surgery. I politely explained that blame was not the issue, rather resolution. I wasted over an hour off work and eventually gave up due to the Surgery’s incompetence. I was not offered an appointment or phone consultation with a doctor or nurse, nor a temporary solution - they were simply not interested in helping. People were queuing into the car park, old people were unable to use a filthy touchscreen keypad to sign in for their appointments, with no one there to help them and an infirm old lady was told her blood test wasn’t today, only to be informed 15 minutes later after her protestations, that it was. What an absolute shambles! I have cancelled my registration today and joined an alternative practice. I would not recommend South Milford Surgery, avoid.
