I have been currently in hospital for nearly 5 weeks...the staff on the ward have been excellent...however the food is a massive problem...not even so much the food...as the kitchen who appear not to care.
For instance.. when your order is placed the day before, they basically on certain days send you whatever they want to or the same dinner for everyone...totally unacceptable.
Do the kitchen not care?
Also, would you please stop using BEBO spread on the toast and bread, on the rare occasion you get Dromona. I feel BEBO is beyond consumption and should not be used in any environment. Use a Irish or British made product rather than this cheaply manufactured product import in from Eastern Europe or something at low cost.
People like myself on special renal diet, would also like a variety...not the same repetitive every day....and not even a dessert often offered.
When someone is in hospital convalescing , the kitchen appear to be doing the opposite to help them.....
I wish for someone to take this on-board and look forward to a positive outcome.
Thankyou very much
