"A&E Phone First at Lagan Valley"

About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

Phoned in and was given an appointment for 10am. On arrival reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Was seen quickly by Triage Nurse who was also helpful, pleasant and sympathetic.

Next I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner who quickly diagnosed my wrist injury and an x-ray. Finished off with splint and pain gel.

All within a reasonable time frame and everyone pleasant and professional.
