About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in since Friday night following an infection in a wound. The pain was severe but is easing up now thankfully. The staff in here are so lovely and they do their job so well. The food is alright, I am not eating much at the moment so I haven't had a big variety to eat. I definitely feel safe in terms of covid as the hygiene is impeccable. I am hoping to get home tomorrow provided that my blood test comes back clear today!

Thank you for providing us with these comments about your stay on our paediatric ward, I'm very sorry to hear about your infection and the pain you had with it. I am very pleased that you have found our staff so nice and that the ward was clean. We take infection control very seriously.

Dear Katee95 thank you for taking time out to share your experience especially when your are not feeling very well. I am very pleased to hear that the pain is easing and I hope it goes away completely very soon and then your appetite will improve.

Thank you for your comments on the staff who will love to read these and for noticing what a good job the domestic team do to keep the place so clean. They will be delighted that you noticed their hard work.

I hope all the tests come are good and then you can get home very soon.
