The Endoscopy department were all so kind and caring, putting me at ease about my Flexible Sigmoidoscopy treatment at the Gemini Endoscopy Suite, North Devon Hospital in Barnstaple, Devon.
My initial telephone appointment was with the Specialist Karen who was so empathetic and understanding, clearly explaining the whole procedure after investigating all my symptoms. Then I had another telephone appointment another day with the Pre-Assessment Nurse Maggie who was also really helpful and answered all my queries, a super lady as was Karen.
On the day of my procedure, the whole team of Dr Davis, Sue, Caro, Nikki, Caroline and all the other nurses were absolutely wonderful and I can't praise them enough for all their excellent care.
