"Lovely doctor call but rude receptionist"

Had a lovely telephone appointment with a dr this morning but after the appointment, my mum said she had concerns about the medication prescribed to me as it can cause fits (I've had one before but am unmedicated). Mum told me to ring back to make sure dr knew this. Upon explaining my query to the receptionist and asking her just to pass on the info, she just said "Don't you think the dr knows that?" Had to then insist information be passed on . Eventually receptionist said she understood and would pass on the info though. Maybe she was having an off day, but the way she spoke to me didn't make me feel that great either.
