(as the patient),

Hi I attended hunter health center in e k today to see incontinence nurse Gillian. She was wonderful explaining everything very carefully about all I needed to know . She was very gentle and put my mind at ease when examining me  didn’t feel embarrassed at all . Also there was a lovely colleague with her who was the same . Thank you so much Gillian for making me feel a lot better about everything that has been going .

Hi Westie Girl

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback around Gillian and my service.

Its so nice to hear of Gillian being gentle and making you feel at ease during your consultation and making you feel a lot better about your situation.

I shall also pass on your lovely feedback to Vicki ( who was with Gillian at clinic) and to all of my team whom I'm very proud of.

I wish you well for the future and hope we can improve things for you
