"Thanks again to both of you"

I just want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr Joanna and Nurse Joanne, who I met at my gynae appointment last Wed 9th March. From the minute I met both, they made me feel at ease. Dr Joanna explained the whole procedure and answered all my questions in an understanding and compassionate manner. This helped greatly as I was feeling nervous when I arrived. I also felt a bit embarrassed due to the nature of the examination but their kind and caring manners and reassurance helped to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Thanks again to the both of you.
