I just want to take the opportunity to thank my GP Practice for always being available during the stressful last two years. My prescriptions were always processed on time, Reception staff always friendly, professional & helpful. GP's always called back within a couple of hours of placing a call. The Nurse Practitioner is understanding and very helpful.
I would also like to thank the Specialist Diabetic Pump Nurse, Sharon at the RAH. She gave me fantastic support and guidance when I transferred from insulin pens to omnipod dash pump in March last year. She is always available to talk about any blips and concerns. I appreciate everything that has been done to help with this transition.
I am very grateful to all the NHS staff.
"Fantastic support and guidance"
