Ringing to speak to a doctor has improved beyond reconigiton, instead of having to constantly keep ringing in the hope of getting through. All you do now is ring and you are put into a queue and told your position which then counts down until you speak to the Doctor.

We have also found that the new telephone system has helped with the increased telephone calls. The new phone system allows for the caller to understand the potential time that they may have to wait and to make informed decisions. I will pass your comments to the staff.
