"The staff have been fantastic"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit Victoria Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat Victoria Hospital / Pre-assessment Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge)

(as the patient),

I have had a fantastic experience right through the whole process from attending Pre-op assessment; to attending V.S.E.A.L day intervention and finally ward 5 ENT for an overnight stay. The staff have been fantastic, very friendly, nothing has been a problem for them. 

I observed staff with other patients and they where equally as pleasant and helpful with them.

Also prior to admission I had to speak to the ENT secretaries on a few occasions and they where very helpful at this time.

Overall a very good experience.

I am delighted that you had such a positive experience from start to finish and that all the staff were friendly and that nothing seemed to be a problem. It is also reassuring to know that the staff were consistent in how they interacted with other patients by always being friendly and helpful.
