"Unable to get through to the Doctor's surgery"

(as a service user),

Good Morning,

Today I tried get though to our local doctor's surgery. I tried over 30 times with no luck. On one of the calls I got put on hold for 20-25minuts, only for a member of staff to lift the phone and put right back down. 

I have no problem with the doctors they are always professional. 

As for management and staff I believe they let the side down
