About: Sandyford Clinic

(as a service user),

I just wanted to write a quick compliment for the Paisley branch of the Sandyford.

Nurse Amy was very professional, kind and efficient with removing my implant with a lovely demeanour and chat. I felt put right at ease. She is a credit to the service!

My only issue was the appointment booking system as it took weeks for an appointment to come up, but I understand how overwhelmed the system is right now.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about Amy. I am glad to hear that Amy is a credit to the service and that she put you at ease during your appointment. I am sure that Amy will be appreciate such positive feedback.

I am sorry to hear that it took weeks to book the appointment. Due to the on-going COVID restrictions we have been limited in the services we can offer and this has impacted on our waiting times. Please accept our apologies.
