Great wound care

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had surgery and had an abdo wound. The doctor from the hospital said the community nurses from Ilfracombe have been doing a fantastic job looking after my wound and he was impressed with the healing. I absolutely agree.

Thank you for submitting this encouraging feedback. All of the nurses strive to provide excellent wound care. It is good to have this affirmed by other professionals. It is important to the team that our patients receive quality care and that wounds are healed in an optimal timeframe. I am glad that you feel that we are achieving this.
