"Can't thank them enough"

I just wanted to thank my nurse prescriber and the healthcare from Telford stars. I saw Michelle on Monday and told her about palpitations and not feeling well. Although she encouraged me to go the the hospital I didn't feel  unwell. However Michelle organised an ECG at stars. I saw the health care nurse the next day.

When I got home from  stars my GP rang. There was something on my ECG and now I am having lots of tests. I had been trying to get an at with my GP for weeks but Stars have been able to give me a check up and get me an apt with my GP all within a day! can't thank them enough for their hard work and support.

So glad you spoke to Michelle about how you were feeling and that the appropriate support was put in place for you. Hopefully your GP will now be able to provide the ongoing support you need to get better. Remember if you have any health issues then contact your GP immediately, if it's of a serious nature then call emergency services. I will pass on your thanks to the Clinical Team.
