Our baby was due to get his BCG done, when we were informed he needed to have his blood spot test results as part of a new procedure. Having done the heel prick test in Milton Keynes, it was an absolute nightmare getting hold of the results. We weren't even sure we were going to be able to get the BCG done.
On a whim, I decided to call the Lawson Practice and thankfully had my call answered by Sharon. Having been turned away for three weeks straight, not only did Sharon give me all the information I needed; she was also very reassuring, kind and compassionate. We are so grateful for her attention to our situation and for being so helpful when so many others have simply bounced us around from one place to another in search of answers. Thank you, Sharon, for being our saviour :)
