Thank you ever so much for the notes of the meeting and for being there in the first place. It was good of you to meet me there.

It was a big help having you there and you made a positive difference to me so thank you.

It was a great help being able to read your notes as I get very confused, which I explained before going in.

Thank you for your comments. Having an advocate present in meetings can help people to feel empowered and can clarify information that can often be complex and unclear.

It is great to hear how Demi helped you, I will ensure this feedback is shared with her.
