We visited the Anglesey Stree clinic.
The building was not what I'd expect for an NHS service. Grimey and not well looked after.
The receptionist was rather short and un
welcoming.
The nurse returned from her cigarette break, bringing a plume of smoke and cigarette odour with her and simply called my daughters name without stopping expecting us to follow.
The doctor was not friendly, rather cold and rude. My daughter has autism and was sat cuddling her teddy (she's teen age), he seemed to have no consideration for how she was feeling. When I spoke, as her parent, he was dismissive of me and talked at me.
Very unprofessional service and one that will have contributed further to my daughters dislike of medical appointments.
