About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

I was referred to ENT department and within 2 weeks seen at Glasgow Royal. Dr Okhovat took time to listen to what had been happening symptoms wise and took time to go through my treatment plan. By far one off the best consultations I have had.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the ENT Department of the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

I'm glad you didn't need to wait long to receive an appointment for the service and Dr Okhovat took the time to talk you through your treatment plan which must have helped to put your mind at ease from the outset.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to Dr Okhovat and the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear they made a difference while you were under their care.
