Good experience, appropriate questioning, clear and concise response BUT misses the f2f options of hands-on examination, use of visual cues, non-verbal communication.
In general:
It's less invested in time: great, but the value of f2f can't be improved upon.
I have excellent health literacy, but this method is disadvantageous for those that cannot express themselves, or have limited understanding.
