Would be useful to have some definitive up to date instructions online to access this site. I am hearing impaired and mobile phone call to confirm appointment for pre-op testing. Does the NHT not follow patient requesting repeatedly for text information. Exhausted trying to get this simple information through to health departments. Text hearing impaired patients!
