"Lack of care and support from mental health services"

About: Community Mental Health

(as the patient),

I am under mental health services in Dundee. In the last 2 weeks, I have been told when I phone them, re queries I have,  that someone would phone me back. This has happened 4 times and no one has phoned back. I am having to contact them myself and there is no consistency. They are always asking why I'm phoning although it is in my notes. My diagnosis is such that I suffer from abandonment issues and rejection and I feel so let down by the services.
